Return Process
- 1.Document the Condition
Take clear photos of your plant and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery, especially if there are signs of transit stress or damage.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our plant care experts at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you captured to initiate the request.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a return authorization number or a prepaid shipping label for any non-living hardware items.
- 4.Processing Your Refund
Once your return is approved or the items are received at our greenhouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
